Returns and refunds
At JewelryBeautiful.com we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchased from us. If within 10 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.
All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift.
Items sold in the close outs and daily deals sections are final sales and cannot be refunded.
Please return the package back to us in a safe and insured manner. Your refund will be issued for the purchase amount minus shipping.
To return your purchase, please follow these simple steps:
- Email us as soon as you decide to return the item to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). You will receive this RAN in an e-mail together with the specific address to send your return.
- Include the item and all the original packaging materials: the item in the original box, jewelry certificate/grading report and any free gifts received.
- Return the package back to us at the address indicated in the email in a safe and insured manner similar with shipping and the insurance features you received the package from us. For security reasons, do not write 'diamond' or 'jewelry' anywhere on the outside of the package.
Your refund will be issued for the purchase amount minus shipping.
For any refunds, your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The credit will be made to the same card used for payment within ten business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Penalties may apply if some of the items included in the original package are missing (see above).
